Lifetime Limited Warranty

All products furnished and installed under the National Refacing Systems, LLC contract are warranted to its customer for life from the date of original installation. The warranty is given to the purchaser of the products furnished and installed by National Refacing Systems, LLC and is not transferable. The warranty covers any defects occurring in the manufacturing and installation process, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this certificate. National Refacing Systems, LLC warrants that all products furnished and installed by it are free from defects in material and workmanship for life from the date of installation. Natural characteristics such as mineral streaks, burls, grain patterns, etc. found in wood are not defects for purposes of this warranty. Due to its inherent nature, wood will expand and contract in accordance with its environment and therefore, such wood movement is not a defect for purposes of this warranty. National Refacing Systems, LLC is not liable for damages caused by accidents, fire, other casualties, Acts of God, or any other causes or occurrences beyond its control. The exclusive remedial action provided for the customer hereunder, shall be repair, restoration, or replacement of the products furnished and installed by National Refacing Systems, LLC that are found to be defective.

The replacement of new materials for those that may be defective may result in a slight color variance when compared to the originally installed products due to style and color changes inherent in wood. This is not a defect for purposes of this warranty. National Refacing Systems, LLC reserves the right to substitute such products being manufactured at the time and is only obligated to match color and quality with such products as are then being manufactured at the time of replacement. Upon prompt written notification to National Refacing Systems, LLC by the original purchaser that a National Refacing Systems, LLC product is defective, it may, at its sole option, repair or provide a replacement product at no cost to the original purchaser there of. In the event the National Refacing Systems, LLC product is still defective after repair or replacement, the original purchaser, upon prompt written notification to National Refacing Systems, LLC, may request a refund from National Refacing Systems, LLC for the cost of any such defective product. THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED ABOVE EXCLUDE ALL OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH. This warranty excludes all other warranties, whether express or implied, written or oral. This includes the warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, and there are no other warranties given by National Refacing Systems, LLC. Any warranty for products not furnished by National Refacing Systems, LLC (including appliances), but installed by National Refacing Systems, LLC shall come from the manufacturer, and only the installation of the products will be covered under this warranty.
